I bought an rs and an rz recently and they are very nice bikes. I had to adjust derailleurs and do shortening surgery on one kickstand. I called once to get a software adjustment to the rz which was going up to full speed in all 5 modes. Easy fix over the phone. Everything else was perfect. Delivery within a week. I would buy from them again. My wife and I love our 20 inch fat tire foldable. Thank you Bpm

10 stars easy I’ve had the F 1000 for two weeks it has done everything that I hoped it would do the main purpose is for hunting I use it to haul blinds tree stands Check trail cameras 90% of the time I am on combine trails but 10% I go off trail and it handles it just fine this is probably the best hunting purchase I have ever made I can now go farther into the woods with way less energy expended and sweat build up I hunt public land so I have the controller turned down to 750 watts and it still climbs no problem and easily pulls a game sled loaded with gear The detailer
did break but when I contacted customer service they were extremely helpful I snapped a photo emailed it to them and they shipped out a new one that day I then noticed that the chain got a twist I contacted Michael at customer service and he said they were on back order but if I bought one they would reimburse me the next day they was able to ship one out so 10 stars for customer service I think you just need to be careful when shifting I now turn pedal assist down before shifting You can buy with confidence that you are getting great service and a great product The only concern is the derailer but that can be easily upgraded at home or any bike shop but it may never be a problem again just make sure that if you go deep into the woods to pack a tool kit including a chain break once the derailer broke I shortened the chain and turned it into a one speed to get back to the truck very easy field fix this bike makes it so I want to go do all the prep work for a good hunting season it’s fun to ride and makes doing hunting chores fun just remember to ride within your limits because this bike can make you feel like superman and you could easily get yourself in trouble like going to fast for a corner or too steep of a Climb/Dissent I cannot think of one bad thing to say about this bike or BPM imports should I ever need to I will buy from them again ??

This bike is best thing since sliced bread!! I’m a female and a short person, so I’m really glad I got this step through bike. It has a lot of power, and I can run my in town errands with it. I live in a hilly part of northern rural northern California that is not an ideal place to have a regular non-electric bike due to the intense hills and distances. We have dirt roads and paved – this bike is perfect for both!

Outstanding ebike..I have over a 1,000 miles on my F35 XL 1500W camo beast. Get one quickly…and yes I agree it’s worth twice as much or more then the original price.. have fun!!!

I love this bike I got it almost 4 months ago I am having such a great time also I take my twin girls to the kindergarten with it everyone ask me where I get it,how much it cost ,cool bike people actually stop take pictures of bike I am very happy with it my twin girls loves it
